1. About Doot Fashion

 

Doot Fashion is a fashion design brand specializing in custom clothing and styling services, including but not limited to prom dresses, event wear, and limited collections.

 

 

2. Bookings & Consultations

•All custom dress bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your design slot.

•Full payment is due before final delivery or pickup.

•Booking early is advised to avoid disappointment, especially during prom season.

•Missed consultations without 24 hours’ notice may result in a rebooking fee.

 

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

•Deposits are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of our work.

•If you cancel your order after production has started, you may still be responsible for partial or full payment.

•No refunds will be issued once a custom piece has been completed and delivered.

•For non-custom items (if applicable), returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, unused and with original tags.

 

 

4. Design Ownership & Reproduction

•All original designs, sketches, and concepts remain the intellectual property of Doot Fashion.

•You may not copy, reproduce, or share our designs for replication by another designer or brand.

•We reserve the right to showcase finished pieces on our social media and website for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

 

 

5. Client Responsibilities

•You agree to provide accurate measurements, clear communication, and timely responses throughout the design process.

•Doot Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by late communication, missed appointments, or last-minute changes.

 

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

•We ship via trusted couriers both locally and internationally (when applicable).

•Doot Fashion is not liable for delays or damages once the item has been shipped.

•Tracking details will be provided where available.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doot Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
