We are extremely delighted to be your clothier and
sincerely appreciate your patronage. Our goal is to
provide outstanding service delivery/satisfaction to our
clients.
Therefore, it is important to inform you of some of our
key etiquettes which we strictly adhere to.
As follows;

 

1. A 60% deposit is required at the time fabrics are
brought in and accepted, and balance being paid at
pick up on our agreed date. (If you’re from out of
town, full payment will be required). Kindly note , this
is what guarantees a place in our schedule.

 

2. The first 20 mins of consultation is FREE for Basic
sewing. After which, there will be a $50 charge.
If you’re done in the 30mins, your $50 goes towards
your service.
Bride/ Bridal party consultation is fixed at $100
Prom Consultation is fixed at $75.
These charges DO NOT go towards your dress. The
monies are paid before consultation starts for these
two categories.

 

3. It’s imperative that when you’re coming to us , to
wear the proper under garments or we will NOT be able
to measure you. (No sports bra or baggy clothes etc ).

4. We ask that you be specific and detailed about the
style you want made. After deposit is paid, we will not
accommodate a change of style.

5. We will NOT take your measurements if you don’t
have your fabric on hand. If we have to take your
measurements without your fabric, it will come with a
$25 charge.

6. When you bring your fabric and a deposit is made , if
you later change your mind about using our services,
there will be a $50 deduction from your deposit for
inconveniences.

7. Turnaround is set at two weeks from drop off day,
except during a busy schedule which will be
communicated.

8. If you have to send in your measurements, kindly
make sure they are ACCURATE . We will not bear ANY
responsibility with regards to incorrect measurements
after outfit is made.

9. If you’re sending fabric to us from out of town, you are
responsible for shipping the fabric back to you.

10. All express services comes with a 60% additional
charge.

11. Cash, Zelle, Cash app, PayPal are our major payment
methods.

12. We do not bear any responsibilities for fabrics that
remain with us beyond 30 days without payment or
any mutual agreement.

13. WE DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF ALTERATIONS!!!!
